The lodge is on the Namibian bank of the Chobe flood plains and the Chobe River. Chobe River Camp overlooks the Chobe National Park and is between the border of Botswana and Namibia. Divided by the Chobe River. The well-priced accommodation is suited for the traveller that does not seek luxury. It is in no way a budget lodge. Camp Chobe offer different levels of comfort.

The Tented Camp is perfect for the visitor that is on a budget conscious safari. You can camp or seek the comfort of excellent tented bedded accommodation. You also have the option to have a campsite and continue your self-drive adventure in nature.

The Chobe National park is open to the flood plains, and it is not uncommon to find large herds of Buffalo and prides of lion on the floodplains. The lodge has beautiful sunrise views. The Lodge is also a perfect location for photographers. In the dry season, one can drive for miles in search of photographic opportunities.

Accommodation can be booked on dinner bed and breakfast basis. You also have a choice of just bed and breakfast. The camp-sites are all self-catering but campers are more than welcome to enjoy meals at the restaurant. The flexibility of Camp Chobe is well suited for the more adventurous traveler that seeks a choice in accommodation or camping. The lodge is located in such a position that you can do day trips to Chobe National Park from here if you cross the border into Botswana.
