Chobe Safari from Livingstone

Experience the Victoria falls and Chobe National Park over 5 days on this Chobe and Livingstone safari. These are two unforgettable locations! On this exciting safari, guests spend 2 nights at David Livingstone Safari Lodge and 2 nights at Jackalberry Chobe Lodge.

While in Livingstone, guests will receive a guided tour of the Victoria Falls as well as a sunset cruise on board the Lady Livingstone. Guests are also spoiled by the abundance of game on a Chobe boat cruise.

What to expect on the Chobe Safari from Livingstone

David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa

The sunset cruise departs from the dock in front of the lodge and cruises on the Zambezi river above the falls. The journey also enters the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park – so keep an eye out for animals on the river banks.

There is also a spa at the lodge where guests can treat themselves.

Jackalberry Chobe Lodge

After two nights in Livingstone, a road transfer will take guests to Botswana. Here, you can enjoy view of the floodplains from the vantage point of the riverbank.

Accommodation at Jackalberry Chobe Lodge includes three meals daily, morning game drives and afternoon boat cruises. The game drives are offered in custom built open 4×4 vehicles. These are ideal for great views of the wildlife while on safari.

The boat cruise also goes into the Chobe National Park. Birding along the Chobe River is excellent. One of the familiar residents is the African Fish Eagle. Rare birds like the African Skimmer can also be seen on the water’s edge.

During the heat of the day when guests have time to themselves, there is a swimming pool and a viewing deck to keep them entertained. All tented suites are also air-conditioned if you’d like to have a siesta.

On the morning of the last day, guests can be transferred free of charge to either the Livingstone, Victoria Falls or Kasane airport.
