The Zambezi Queen Houseboat cruises on the Chobe River next to the Chobe National Park. The houseboat is accessible from Kasane through Kasane immigration. Additionally, arrangements can be made for transfers from Livingstone or Victoria Falls. The Zambezi Queen Houseboat is equipped with 14 suites on board and is therefore the biggest boat cruising the Chobe River. To point out, the departure dates are set, comprising of two or three-day itineraries.

The Zambezi Queen is the only houseboat experience with game drives in the Chobe National Park. Undoubtedly, this combination offers a unique perspective of the Chobe region. Furthermore, cruising along the river is an excellent opportunity to experience the abundance of the natural wildlife of the Chobe National Park.

Suite Facilities

Ten standard suites and four master suites. Maximum of 2 people per suite except in 2 x standard suites
2 x suites offer a 3rd single bed for a third adult or one child ( 7 – 15)
Four master suites have 2 x balconies with outdoor furniture and full-length curtains. The two master suites on the lower deck have sun lounges
All suites have en-suite bathrooms (shower only)
All suites have two 3/4 beds
The beds can be twin or king-size bed configurations upon request
Each room has a private balcony with outdoor furniture
Full-length sliding shutters for the sun and privacy

Lower and middle floor with suites
The top floor includes dining, lounge, and bar area with unobstructed views.

RATES INFO:	The Zambezi Queen sails on scheduled weekly departures every Monday (two nights or four nights), Wednesday (two nights) and Friday (three nights). Our rates vary throughout the season, so please take this into consideration when planning your stay. Rates include. Road transfers to and from Kasane International Airport and Kasane Immigration Office located on the Botswana side of the Chobe River* Boat transfers between Kasane Immigration Office and Namibia Immigration Office located on the Namibian side of the Chobe River*** * Subject to availability of fishing boats. Please note fishing excursions are limited to 1 tank of fuel per boat per day Subject to availability of the photographic boat * When arriving at the Kasane and Namibian Immigration Offices, guests must fill in the required immigration forms to gain access and departure permission from the relevant authorities. This process can take 45 to 60 minutes to complete and needs to be considered in terms of timing and pre-planning. Rate is per person per night sharing for either a 2, 3 or 4-night itinerary.
