The Chobe Princess Houseboats is located on the Chobe River, within the Chobe National Park. This collection is a proud product of the Zambezi Queen Collection. With only a few passengers onboard, staying here is like being on your houseboat. The suites offer endless views from your private deck.
These houseboats are a rebranding of the Zambezi Queen Collection, previously known as Ichobezi houseboats. The Zambezi Queen Collection includes the Zambezi Queen Houseboat and the three Chobe Princess Houseboats. These are smaller and more exclusive boats. The Chobe Princess Houseboats are ideal for couples and private groups.
These houseboats offer a once-in-a-lifetime luxury experience. Perfect for honeymoon couples or wedding anniversaries, or even a reunion to catch up with friends. Have a drink on the deck and feel the African sun on your skin. Observe elephants cross the river, count crocodiles and lose yourself in abundant beautiful bird life.
These houseboats have undergone extensive refurbishment and are now on an international luxury standard. Chobe Princess 1 has five luxury suites, while Chobe Princess 2 & 3 have four suites each.
Visas for Namibia and Botswana are a requirement when getting onboard the Chobe Princess Houseboats, as the boats are registered in Namibia. Guests will go through immigration formalities, so it is essential to have Visa arrangements in place. European travellers do not need a Visa to enter Botswana.
Transfers by small tender boat will take guests to their houseboats from Kasane immigration via Impalila Island immigration. The boat transfer is about 20 minutes, depending on where the Chobe Princess Houseboats are moored.
Check-in time is from 13:00 at Kasane Immigration. Self-drive guests will have access to a safe parking space for their vehicle while enjoying their stay on the Chobe Princess Houseboat. Guests will arrive back at the Kasane immigration at 10:00 am.
